January 22-25, 2010 Mike and Betsy spent their first weekend in Las Vegas. It was an interesting trip, definitely a different atmosphere. We took some pictures so hopefully you can follow us on our trip. :)

We stayed at ExcaliburOur first day on the strip! New York New York Lunch at the Rainforest Cafe New Manicure that happens to match my shirt self portrait at Tournament of Kings Our Russian Jouster that we rooted LOUDLY for, he came by after to tell us we were the loudest bunch in a long time - Woooh! Mike and Sponge Bob My dad gave me THIS $5 to win him something, we thought a car would be cool, but it looked complicated and I had NO idea what I was doing. At one point I was up to $6.22, should've quit while we were ahead. Lost it all, sorry dad! Day 2 on the strip Lunch at the Hard Rock Cafe, Mike had a Gargoyle with lunch, not very yummy Freemont street We wanted to ride the gondola ride at the Venitian (when in Rome...... or where ever there is a gondola) but said it was closed due to weather. Um, do you SEE the sunshine behind us? Motorcycle made for the Sirens of TI, VERY heavy  Nuf said It's 5 o'clock somewhere Dinner at Margaritaville, they didn't have a martini glass for Mike's drink
